Mac's iTunes service sold 10 million songs in a four month period. The demand is definetely out there, but the service hasn't been available. I've been anxiously waiting for a company to provide a digital download site for the rest of us (non mac users). The current file sharing programs are great, but I'm tired of not always finding the music when I want; receiving incomplete or corrupted music files, and poor download speeds. And I'm sure there's a lot of other people out there who feel the same way. 10 million+ can't be wrong.
I checked out the Mercora site. It's not oprational yet, but they allow you to register in order to receive an early preview of their service. The other sites do that as well. Anyone know of any other future sites?
