Actually combination of gravity and surface tension of the fluid. Gravity pulls the fluid down the tube, surface tension makes it want to stay together so it's friends go along for the ride.
Easy to blame schools but the parents spend much more time with their children and should have a more formative influence on the child. Many don't, I am not sure why they even had children. My child can't read.... I could read before I ever got to school (Thanks Mom). My child has no work ethic and so on and so forth. Until you fix your parenting don't try to fix the schools or even lay the blame at their feet.
If your child is underperforming or if your employee is underperforming, what have YOU done to resolve that issue?
I used to administer a stack of 20 or so of these that were 15+ years old. Roofed leaked in the server room directly above them. Water ran down the entire stack and pooled on the floor. I opened each machine and there was no water inside of any of the cases. This pissed me off because I was really hoping they would die.
I just installed the patches on the Trial version of Windows Server 2003 I have at work and it locked the machine "hard". Power cycle was the only remedy.
And this is the OS they want me to replace my Linux servers with???
Long live OPEN SOURCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oil would move slow and tend to remain in thicker layers. Sccop shovel and kitty litter?

Can you not think of something better to do with your money and time.
I recently applied the security patches to a Windows Server 2003 machine I have and it resulted in a complete lock up.
