It's no wonder someone thought of profiting from google.fr after "buying" targeted keywords they had secured through a trademark (now, ca ce n'est pas stupide!) which without permission were bidded on by competitors on google adwords: "bourse de vols" is a generic term, yet it can be trademarked, like misty nuit, or Fleur des Jours. It would seems fair in a capitalist world to squeeze returns out of your initial investment. Free economy, n'est pas?
