and other "open source" initiatives. Now, I also didn't work
on the language of this particular license. I have worked
on other licenses for other "open" projects, and the wording
of the draft Croquet license is similar. One of these projects
is Sakai, and we have a UW version of this license queued up for projects we are now working on.
Would FreeUser (or anyone else) please explain in a bit more detail the objection to the draft Croquet license? In particular, I'm wondering about "an advertising clause that is incompatible with the GPL".
