It is not. And of it were, why would that be a problem?
A little elaboration: Groups that co-operate have an advantage over groups that do not. That's why people learned to talk. When part of a group adapts to cooperate better, that part starts competing with the whole. So communism can evolve successfuly as long as it's not inflexible. And in the current world climate, a lot of people need to be flexible for communism to get started at all.
