The screensaver password dialog has a switch user button so the current user doesn't have to unlock the screen for the new user to log in.
When the 1st user wants back he switches with FUS (it asks for the password) and when his desktop rotates into view, the screensaver is still running and he is required to enter his password to unlock it.
