That said, Im not unhappy with his performance. I believe anyone who makes it to the presidence, sets out with the best of intentions. (even tho thats not where things always go)
I think he knows, like the rest of us, that nasa has been in need of a clear mission for far too long.
The space industry has changed our lives more than any other in the last fifty years. It seems to me that investments in apollo have paid us back ten fold...
So why is nasa, this powerhouse of world change, sitting on its duff carrying out (seemingly) useless experiments?
Their new mission is clear even if the details are vague. I think its a good thing.
I might ber a bit fuzzy, but article 68 permits in in cases of espionage/sabotage.
In any case, Im sure exceptions could be made considering its our only good bargaining chip.
Currently, it sounds like He will get tribunal in Iraq. Which dosent have a death penalty at present:/
Saying "you have no wmd, so he cant be tried" is like saying "we cant try a shooter since we dident find bullets in his gun".
He's used these weapons before. we know he's killed hundred of thousands through genocide and outright war.
If he goes in front of Geneva, its a death penalty for sure.
Im against filtering personaly. But when Im looking for the latest information on something odd and a dozen pages where I can "buy books/dvds about 'Goatse.cx' " pop up, it tends to get annoying.
Since people dont like to filter search engine spam to get at what they want: Google has the right to protect the quality of their search results. If you dont like it, use another search engine.
I live in an area with a dsl monopoly. $80 a month for 1gig or $20 a month for dialup fun are the only two choices.
I think what their doing will create more kinds of new jobs and attract fresh business to that area.
Sounds like a good investment if you want to be competitive.

The secret to windows and mac is they make people feel confotable. Linux on the other hand is scary.
Nothing will change till the average user is able to fully control their own rig.
The goal should be to make it braindead simple. Make it self installing and self diagnosing, so you wont need any tech support.

Theres a measure of fuel savings at high altitude. Going faster and higher means going further for less fuel... if you can get it up there, of course.
