What's wrong with good old-fashioned capitalism???
It's great that this kind of organization is using newer inovations to provide a better service and boost the bottom line. Maybe this will increase business so that citizens don't have to increase public funding, but the customers will foot the bill, as they should.
Good for them - the more people use the Internet in this way, the more work I'll get:-)
