His view would ultimately prevail years later and is now in grievous danger of being overturned again by a rising tide of Fascism in the U.S.
I'm just curious, how are you defining "Fascism?" A lot of people seem to use that to refer to any government they don't really like. However, even scholars of Fascism can't really agree on how Fascism should be defined. So what is your working definition here?
That's a completely back asswards way of looking at it. Website opperators are forced to cater to broken IE implementations not because they are attracted to its features, but because that's what 80% of their visitors are using. And no, if you're a commercial website you can't just say "Screw 'em if they're not smart enough to use Firefox."
So back to the original point, if no one is using Atom, why would website operators publish in Atom? Though I do agree with the point that's been made that it's easy enough to publish both.
From TFA:
"In accordance with the Court's January 18, 2005 Order, IBM identified and extracted from CMVC all of the source code, documentation, and other information related to the AIX operating system, built an AIX server loaded with the appropriate version of CMVC along with the source code and documentation related to the AIX operating system, tested the system to ensure it was functional, and delivered and installed the server to allow access to SCO."
So no, but it would have been funny.
I suppose you're right, but it wouldn't be a worm I don't think because it couldn't be self propagating. That is, while it could, as you say, send emails, alter crontab, wipe files, etc. it couldn't impose these exploits on others. Well... I guess it could if it sent out an email with a properly formatted link to send out more emails. That would be rather devious, and might not even work. Interesting idea though, I guess you're right, you could create a worm doing this.
I know you're being funny, but has anyone actually seen any malicious exploits out there for this? I haven't heard of any. Not that this lessens the gravity of this exploit, but it is interesting. Also, I don't believe this is a hole for viruses, again someone can do a hell of a lot of damage with a simple rm -rf ~ but I don't think this has the potential to open the door to worms viruses etc.
There is still a fair amount of uncertainty about the exact nature of any lunar ice. True the attempt to crash the Lunar Prospector into the ice cap failed to turn up any evidence of ice, but this is not proof that ice does not exist, merely that there was not ice able to be detected in the impact debris in this one place.
As always it is much more difficult to prove the absence of something than to prove its presence (WMD?), but it is still to early to say that there isn't sufficient ice on the Moon.

The Apple bluetooth keyboard is an excellent keyboard. Full sized, but without any of those stupid media buttons.
