Isn't part of the reason people buy wireless routers is so that they don't have to run cable through their house? I want mine to go through walls so I don't have to run that wire through the walls. I mean if I am locking my wireless signal to a single room why not just run cable across the floor instead of buying a wireless router and one would assume expensive paint.
This might be an OK solution for a business but if I were a business I would still rather just use plain old CAT-5 to avoid any possible security issues from wireless.
You should read the license those Universities hand out I worked at a university with about 12,000 students and we had only upgrade licenses for campus. We also gave away home use licenses for XP Pro it could be installed from scratch but if you read the agreement that you clicked yes through you would see you needed a previous copy of Windows to install it. This typically isn't a problem for most people though since almost all PCs (PC users did most of the installs) come with Windows.

The author says there is no "or" or "not" filter in gmail. There is at least an "or" in the gmail filter, I'm currently using it. It is the double bar "||" like in some programming languages for example:
