    We did at my previous job. $60,000 of credit. Used up in 1 month, with the equivalent of what $50k in hardware could do. For years.

    Cloud services are not a good financial decision if you're doing it at scale.

    I have just the opposite.

    Very fast cable modem, marginal LTE.

    Only one has caps. And it's the slower, much more expensive option.

    Should take half an hour to write a script. Run 10000 in parallel, be done in a few weeks.

    75TB may be a dick to an individual, but to a business, it's a few dozen VMs with snapshots. ie not very much at all.

    Also, most people don't *use* unlimited because they don't have the need. That doesn't mean they wouldn't if they had a reason. (Most people don't know how to torrent movies/music/etc)

    I doubt they'll turn it off. Maybe require a legally binding document that you know how & when to use Autopilot.

    In fact, Tesla's manual TELLS drivers not to use it in certain situations, exactly like the ones where some of these accidents happened.

    But, yes, it's very poorly named.

    That doesn't put the whole burden on Tesla though. Not understanding, but using anyway, a hands free driving system, in traffic, is going to kill people, regardless of what it's called.
