Here in Dallas that got massacred by 9/11, Enron and Worldcom, things are picking up. I've seen the Monster postings quadruple in the last 3 months.
Of course the ad for an Oracle/SQL/DB2/PHP programmer with 5+ years experience sounds great until you see that they are only paying $28 an hour.
I couldn't stop laughing when I saw that ad. I was sooo tempted to put in my resume.
