I could be totally wrong about this (as I am not a lawyer), but it seems to me that MAPS does absolutely nothing other than maintain a database. Unless the RBL has changed since I last read about it, it's the voluntary subscribers who actually USE that data (by RBL-enabling their SMTP relays).... NSI (hereinafter referred to as "Bastards") would have to sue each and every MAPS subscriber..... waaaayyy to expensive an undertaking. Bad new for the Bastards:)
