... or someone's homemade jammer (i.e. broadband, so doesn't only block cellphone frequencies) is found to be blocking emergency services/military/air traffic control transmissions.
I agree with your first statement, but what happens when a small business grows into a medium-sized or big business. Access isn't capable of scaling with the company, whereas other solutions are. Access is simple to get to grips with, but I think the extra investment of learning about a more complicated system can often be worth it.
I learnt BASIC as my first language when I was 8. It was on an old Amstrad (older than I am) that came with GEM. My only real assistance came from a reference manual (and it was just a reference manual, it listed parameters and return values), but I picked up the language quickly and now I know C/C++, Pascal, PHP and others, although I wouldn't call myself a guru by any means.

OO.o has a help agent. IIRC it's a lightbulb.
IBM should be doing everything they can to discourage the use of MS Access. It's absolutly useless beyond simple, single-user databases.

I see from the stuff on his website that he doesn't comment his code. If he is an aspiring young hacker, he'll never be a very good one.
Could magnetic fields damage it? or could you shield it with something?
