I think that yeah, the show's had as much as it can take. maybe a few feature films wouldn't be too bad, but the show is seriously starting to suffer. Duchovny realizes this and is trying to get as much as he can out of the Fox Corporation. It's sad, but it's smart of him, though his fans don't like it one bit. Though if the show continues without him, it will die, as it has already started to do. I say leave the law suit alone, it's only going to make people hate him and not see his movies, but drop X-Files once it finally dwindles down to nothing.
