The rule engine JBoss Drools uses GWT, it's worked out very well for us allowing us to build a fast and complex app. The base set of widgets and theming with GWT still isn't good enough yet, although 1.5 is an improvement, so we used EXTJS with GWT, using the GWTEXT wrapper. However since the EXTJS license change we now need to migrate to something else, probably Dojo but still using a GWT wrapper.
Any one know if support for the latest Autocad has been added and if it hasn't what are the difficult areas there. I imagine CAD studios on win32, already being semi-technical with a history of cad applications workign on unix, are a sweet spot for conversion.
Shame he didn't mention whether he's still committed to opengl - with his move to the xbox it left me wondering. JC and ID are single handedly responsible for the still mass market appeal of opengl, lets hope it stays that way.
A few years ago I wrote the Doctor Snuggles website. Interestingly in stats taken over the last month Microsoft only have 62.8%.
MSIE 6.x - 10774 sessions - (60.2% of all sessions)
Netscape Gecko - 4029 sessions - (22.5% of all sessions)
Robot - 918 sessions - (5.1% of all sessions)
Unknown - 552 sessions - (3.1% of all sessions)
MSIE 5.x - 459 sessions - (2.6% of all sessions)
Opera 7.x - 406 sessions - (2.3% of all sessions)
Mozilla Compatible 4.x - 228 sessions - (1.3% of all sessions)
Opera 8.x - 207 sessions - (1.2% of all sessions)
Netscape 7.x - 136 sessions - (0.8% of all sessions)
Mozilla Compatible 3.x - 56 sessions - (0.3% of all sessions)
This is an already proven business plan. Its shown that a mojority of people prefer to stay within the bounds of the law when given affordable and easily accessible alternatives.
It has been reported the Pruce Berens, from the KickMeInTheGooliesILikePainLinux fame, is attempting to bring slashdot down by furiously typing at his keyboard to reply to every single slashdot post creating a human DDOS attack. Luckily slashdot has survived this onslaught and he's on his way to achieving a world record for the most number of posts on slashdot for a single article, as long as his smoking keyboard withstands the punishment.

Wonder if there will be any more Netscape releases...

Just make sure you send it in writting, complaints in email are not officially recorded at the BBC.
