They invented? Surely the Monolith educated them giving modern humans the edge in being naturally selected over Neanderthals (sp?).
We've just not explored enough of the moon to take our first steps towards becomming star children yet.
Was it the Kubrick, the Clark or the Strauss that made that first viewing so good?
