Yes we will all benefit from cheap internet prices for now. But what about when AOL and the small ISPs go down? Without any competition, Microfrost can charge us whatever they please and make incredible profits. Don't forget that AOL also owns netscape and netscape owns mozilla(excuse me if im wrong about that part) and if AOL goes down so does Netscape. With Netscape out of the way Microsoft can expand further into it's internet browser market pushing their revenues even further. This however will not be enough for Microfrost though. Ever heard of propaganda??? Why not use the largest gateway to the internet to promote it's buggy OS's and de-mote Linux, freeBSD and other superior OS's through illegitamate Mindcraft-Like Benchmarks?? Additionally what will become of ICQ?? AOL now own's ICQ so will ICQ survive without AOL?? Unlikely. As you can see, the seemingly "harmless" act of Microfrost giving out free internet access is just part of Microfrost's strategy to take over the Internet Browser Market as well as the ISP Market and protect it's interest in the OS market by propagating the users of it's cheap or even free internet service.
