Get your head into the sunshine, dude. Outlook and Word alone have been major vehicles for viri and there is and will be no fix for this.
The fundamental problem is that these applications allow a foreign user to take control of the local user's system, and as long as you use Outlook and Word, that's not likely to change in the near future.
