It always impresses me - so many ready to answer without even googling for a guidance of some sort. That much liquid in any form would hurt badly - 5 cups an hour for 24 hours - kidney pains/back pains/dehydration/adrenalin excess/massive energy loss (like getting a temperature) - hell - you may want to die!
