Why on earth would any publicly accessible PC have Google Desktop Search installed anyway?
These PCs are usually dumb terminals for accessing the web. Even in libraries, they do NOT store anything locally so none of the material would be indexed. If any public organization or kiosk does have this package, its is up to the PC/kiosk owner to warning the user.
