I've lived in West Los Angeles for 11 years, and the real estate is insane, nowdays. Nothing I can afford, programming. The average house in WLA, Culver City, Santa Monica and neighborhood is $600.000 and up and people are buying it with 40 years loans. Just thought I set the record straight.
