My advice is to stick it out for a few more years, while simultaneously hoarding as much money as possible and planning your next move - to a job that you enjoy that is a variation on your current one.
For example, I now work in the adult industry developing porn web sites. There is still some stress, but I love my job, and I still get to use my primary skill set.
