I've heard from many people that this is an amazing game, however I was never able to play it on the PS2. I'm looking forward to trying it out on the Wii, I just hope they optimize the control scheme to utilize the capabilities of the Wiimote.

However, as it has been pointed out, by the meaning of the word crackpot, the author was making a true statement calling him that and should not be punished for it. The most likely reason for this lawsuit is to draw media attention to the book and cause ignorant or curious people to buy the book.

Excellent point, yet another good reason why this case is completely without cause and screams "I just want attention."
