If this case succeeds and Microsoft has to pay, it could be used as an example of how "patents help small companies". Don't take it straight, I would say.
This is the same as not using email at all. Personally I find this technique useless. Don't you?

Hey, this is strange: the "lowest grade" people from east europe, asia etc. get new jobs in US sector, while the "middle grade" people loose them? Don't you see there is a problem with the americans on themselves?
