So if I am to understand then the 4th Amendment reads like this -
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Unless we, in the course of a reasonable search of a third party, have to search your persons, papers, and effects to conduct the search of the third party because otherwise it would be to technically challenging to conduct this search legally."
when we jail them we actually jail them, not "reeducate" them.
You are incorrect to say that our criminals do not get reeducated. They do but not in the same manner. Here they learn new and better ways to commit their crimes from other inmates. Just because it is not the state doing the reeducation does not mean that it is not happening.
If you had read the article you would have seen that these "buglary" tools, (LOpht)Crack, were used in conjunction with and to further a criminal act. Thus the two accused individuals have been charged logically, IMHO, with "possession of burglary or theft tools".
When we had the heavy solar activity last year the Northern Lights were excellent. This year it is winter (clear skies) and the solar flare is more powerfull. The solar flares will also affect short wave and other radio communication.
The blue chick is Mystique. Yum! Yum! This movie will most likely be pretty cheesy, but I will go and see it anyways. I just have to. I've been reading the books since I was 9yrs old.
Good luck getting a NIC with this chip in it to work in your PC. PCI 2.2 only supports bus speeds of up 264MBytes/sec if your lucky. To run a Gigabyte card on a PC you would need a motherboard that has a chipset with the PCI-X spec. Try finding a motherboard that supports the PCI-X bus specification . So until these MB come out, this new chip will only find use in HUBS, switches, etc...
This would go great in my collection of prehistoric artifacts. I will most likely put it next to my life size wax statue of Janet Reno. It also would look great next to my fully functional Cray-3. I just wish they would put Lenin's Tomb up for auction - I would grab that in a heart beat;)
Excellent! Now all I need is a PRA (Personel Robotic Assistant). Then I won't ever have to get up from my console. I can order my tv dinners online from my favorite grocery e-tailor. My PRA will put them away, and if I ever want to eat something I can just issue a command and it will plop the correct meal in the nuker - voila! Does it get any better than this?
And of course if she would of had a gun - she would have seen the perp coming from a mile away. Being that she was shot in the BACK of the head. I see it now - it makes perfect sense.
1. Take away their guns. 2. Put them in concentration camps. 3. Kill them all.
One question - WHAT THE FUCK FOR? I see no point in the government killing off its own citizens. Pull your head out of your ass moron. When you come back to the real world why don't you let the rest of us know.
"strictly speaking..wouldn't *not* letting school districts post the 10 Commandments, if they so choosed, be a violation of *their* freedom of speach?"
Individuals have Constitutional rights - not institutions.
It is just a way for the fundamentalist to force their belief system on everybody else. The Republicans made alot of promises to the conservative christian groups to get into power - now it is payback time.
Ziplock bags are about 5 ¢ each. :)
The new server you are talkin about would be Berlin I believe.
National can produce chips for other companies. Right now they are producing the Cyrix line of processors for Via Technologies.

Funny how I always forget about that last part.

This is a test!
The real question to ask is how much RAMBUS stock do the corporate officers of INTEL own?

I can't wait until Sony© unveils their model at CES 2004. With features like SteadyShot®, NightShot® and LaserLink® . Having a steady x-ray shot that you can broadcast to your TV. Wow - just think what you could do with this thing! I would beat a hasty path (and anyone who got in my way) to the doctor to have one of these implanted ;)

This is why guns should be banned.
We have the more than just a well armed citizenry - we have the BEST armed citizenry - It's called the U.S. Military.

Umm... Congress is the State - along with the Supreme Court and the Office of the President. Also known as - the government.
"States are free to create their own rules..."
Not so. The federal Constitution holds precedence over the state Constitution.
