I can finally create one of those cool thingies the Frieza dudes on Dragonball Z use... Those were full transparent LCD screens though, grayscale too. Oh well. Everyone can tell I'm a kid, huh?
Talk about a bad idea with a good one. Russia is in a major energy crisis, they need to have good clean mass power. But, with Russian standards still way below ours... Do we need another possible Chernobyl?
