The first time I set up my home AP, I was not aware that SSIDs were actually broadcast. Thought I was being clever using the access password as the SSID. FU manual.
I had a client that was developing appliances for Inferno back in 1997. They licensed it from Inferno Network Software Solutions, which was part of Lucent.
