Alright kids... Since the EULA states that should you disagree with the terms, you are to contact the "MANUFACTURER" of the PC....not the manufacturer of the OS, that would mean that the mfg. of said OS is not responsible for your refund. (ignorance is bliss pal)
If I wanted BF Goodrich tires on my new Chevy car when I bought it, but the car came with Michellin tires, should I seek a refund from BF Goodrich? Or should I organize a "Tire Refund Rally"....
