There is an online version of RoboRally called RoboRunner (http://www.eyeplaygames.com) which started out faithfully recreating the boardgame and has since added new and improved game types and board elements. A basic account is free and there are various tiers of paid accounts which offer more simultaneous games and even the ability to create your own board designs to be uploaded and played by all.
Definitely worth checking out for any RoboRally fan.
