I use WEP; however if I didn't, what are the chances that someone would camp out in my driveway, or close enough to the house to get access? My Belkin wireless doesn't have much distance.
Cancelling your ISP would be an option as long as the neighbor always leaves his modem/router powered up. Otherwise you would be limited to use his connection only at his convenience. I turn everything off at night.
