Please -- can someone give me a further hint on how to spoof IE in Firefox? Been Googling for more than a few minutes but can't seem to find out how to do this...

Isn't Yahoo in effect saying you don't own your e-mail? (or rather, you don't own the copyright?). And do other ISP's have a similar clause in their T&Cs? What about the web pages you host on their servers? Do the rights to those also "lapse" upon death?
Sounds to me like an unenforceable contract...
