As a former Navy Cryptographer, it is disheartening to see this leaked anywhere, especially Slashdot. Even if there was a security failure that lead to the release of this document, it does not belong in the public domain.
I implore the moderators to reconsider this topic. As Uncle Ben reminds us all... "With great power comes great responsibility."
