He does not see linux as a problem for ms.

This could really hurt ms on the court case.

We will have no IPO, I can never sell out. WE ARE A TRUE .ORG, we have filed for the tax status. LinuxFund.org will have no corporate jets, and will have audited books. We plan on giving back to the community, by opening up the granting process in November. This is a startup much like any other. We will make a difference, and have fun with MS to.
