It's Linus' Trademark, due to an idiot which claimed the Linux as his trademark and tried to charge ppl for money. After many hours with lawyers and stuff, the trademark was given to Linus and they all lived happily ever after.
Anyway, I hate it when they have to mention the (TM)'s all the time. Coca-Cola(R), Linux(TM) aso. Stop that! It's annoying me!
