Don't look at the coverage maps for calling to know what data transfer coverage is like. Not all of verizon's network is digital, and where it is not digital, it will not transfer data. You should know this before making a choice.

So did you ever go back to your indirect dealer and ask them to make a call for you? Apparently not. If there is a bill that is made and should not have been, a dealer can usually call into CC and have most if not all of that taken care of, provided you bring a copy of the bill for them to see. No calls and no texts mean..you didn't have service...which means there is no sense in a charge for the month. Though I'm willing to bet you did nothing except sit at home, and complain from there, so for you to be out $300 is your own fault.

Excellent upgrade. How are other features on the phone working out? Being an owner of a Nokia smart phone myself, I enjoy everything I get with it.

Well see, what you are complaining about is a network problem, not a phone problem. There are phones that do excellent ar getting a signal (Why I love my Nokia 3650) But I might not get a signal some places. Its not because my phone has bad reception, its because there is no network there.

the sim is a Subscriber identifcation module. It's meant to be put into mobile devices to identify who is using the network from that device. That is it's only purpose, and all it was designed to do.

Well it's no BS for your info. It is company policy for you to have the same handset sent to you during a handset exchange three times. After the third exchange, you can change the make and model. Company policy is company policy...it can't be made because you had a fit. Think of it this way, where ever you may work, you have policies...right? Can you cahnge those policies? No you can not...well the same is with EVERY company.
