Wow, I thought China's prescription of the death penalty for cyber crimes (along with pimping, stealing gas, selling bad food) is absolutely laughable. Not any more.
I'd like to point out that quantum cryptography (depending on the protocol) does not protect against man in the middle. Unsurprisingly, some guy in Russia already has done research on this:
