  1. du rstar skert p m on Teen Sued for /Linking/ to MP3s · · Score: 2

Its quite obvious that you dont share political values with most of the people here in sweden. We have this "collective value system" because we want it. It might not be everybodys cup of tea and obviously not yours but the society provides us with a certain security, free education and other stuff at the expense of a little higher taxes, which is why some rich people doesnt like it.

This is just a political thing for you, and doesnt have to do anything with this lawsuit because youre pissed at the path politics is taking here.

The kid will most likely have better chances here than he would have in the US because were not so money-oriented.

well not that this has anything to do with Bowie, but the ones that really wanted to see the phantom menace didnt see it before it came to the big screen because they dont want to spoil the event by seeing it on a bad vcd filmed with a regular videocamera with an ugly z floating around..

    enuff said :)

There are two different formats for "animated jpeg". One is MJPEG and is most often not used as a file format but a codec for Quicktime/AVI and often used by hardware video editing cards. Each frame is built from a jpeg image.

The other one is MPEG and is the regular movie/videocd/dvd format which differs from MJPEG in that only every 12:th is a keyframe ( =jpeg image ) and the frames between only keeps update information.

  7. Re:Excellent screenshot on GTK+ for BeOS Update · · Score: 1

I agree, the antialiasing in BeOS is really nice. The antialiasing in MS windows look just over-blurry when used on small fonts, isnt even active on normal sizes but works fairly well on big text. The BeOS antialiasing on the other hand looks just perfect on any fontsize.
