I think the answer is not important. In our own planet, there is never ever a moment that ALL people on the earth are happy and getting along peacefully. Why war is always there? Is it possible to get the peace for the whole world?
Without realizeing our own peace in the planet, it is not use looking for other life in the universe. What will people on earth do when they find other life in another planet? I can't even imagin..
