The binary distribution of RHEL is not free, but you can get the SRPMs off RedHat's FTP server (that there is not 1 mention of on their web site). There are a few projects like Whitebox Enterprise Linux that simple take Red Hat's SRPMs, rebuild them, package it in an ISO and upload it to the net.
Some of RedHats proprietary stuff isn't open source, I see the point. I hate companies that claim they are dedicated to open source, but then decide to start releasing closed-source stuff.
I have actually met John Howard. Now I've lost all my respect for him, I don't support spammers. I never liked Mark Latham, but I guess I'll have to support him because he doesn't spam.

Daum Lycos Tripod (the host with the Worlds Worst Perl / CGI Implementation)
Daum Lycos Europe
Daum Lycos Tripod UK/Daum Lycos UK (lycos.co.uk) - not a that bad host 50mb space, php, mysql
Doesn't lycos europe have a connection to bertellesmann (or what ever their name is), the company that brought AOL to germany?
Now they need to update the banner at the top of the sites to be: daum lycos network!
