It seems alot of people are confused about pricing. You really want to be looking at market capitalization, not the actual share price. Market Capitalization can be calculated 'roughly' by multiplying share price by the number of ALL shares. You may also want to note that they are selling less than 50% of their total capitalization. They are doing this so that Wall Street cannot definitely control the company.
