Absolutely. I used to spend hours a week on the phone to my mother helping her with her PC. She then bought an iMac and I've barely heard from her since. She even manged (and honestly, I'm really impressed here) to install Virtual PC and put Quicken on it so she could continue using her accounts, all without my help! If that isn't an endorsement for a Mac being stable and easy to use, I don't know what is.
