Absolutely! I had a StarMax 4000 that was wonderful. It wasn't the fastest processor (160Mhz, I think), but I loved Motorolla's 5-yr warranty. I had to have them out to my house twice. Once they replaced the motherboard free of charge.
When I upgraded to my G4, I passed this along to my sister-in-law who wanted to learn Macintosh.
I was crushed when Apple cancelled their licensing program. I would have bought another StarMax in an instant.
