I should also mention, I had this same problem with them, double billing, and then billing after I cancelled... If you pester them enough they will issue you a refund, and make sure it won't bill you again, you just have to keep calling untinl you find a useful person:)
Actually, Turbine doesn't handle any of the billing for any of their games... yet. While they may be at fault for choosing a poor partner in Microsoft, they are definitely not at fault for your still being billed.
