Hi I'm not sure if someone here has mentioned this already, but the Buran was in Bahrain a few years ago as part of some exhibition. I live in Bahrain, and I went and had a look during the exhibition and it was great!
But I had no idea that it is still lying around on the island. I'll definitely go out looking for it in the desert and will share the photos with you folks on my blog: http://chanadbahraini.blogspot.com
Let's hope that I manage to find it in the heat.
