I went and saw his show in Buffalo, NY. His opening acts SUCKED. One of them was a short skinny guy rapping (with 80s style sunglasses on) - his "sidekick" was a guy in baggy pants running around like a moron. I think he was trying to dance, but it was horrible.
MC Chris was ok. But he had no stage presence AT ALL. He stood there and rapped in monotone. His "DJ" had an iBook and it looked like all he did was pressed play when he wanted to start a song. I hope you're reading this, MC Chris, because if your stage show doesn't get better, you'll be unemployed in no time.

In cases involving over 500,000 people, the organization can warn the potential victims en masse through a website posting and by alerting the media.
Yeah, like bed ridden old people that need in-home care are going to be able to check a website for info on what's going on.
Try sending them a letter or something!
