if your current admin cant do what you want, find some one who does.
i'm an owner of a small it firm and i like to do all remote admin, but i have a few customers i do in person, i charge more (40% more) but they insist that that's what they want and i do it for them....at a price.
we run our erp on linux and we have 10 zebra 105 SLs all work great, each one prints about 100 - 200 4x6 labels a day and i have a couple more that only do hangtags and they print out about 500 - 1000 hangtags a day (we make t-shirts)
