Pretty much all the teenage soap operas and sitcoms these days feature young kids having sex. It's a shame that the abstinence education will never work, but if you think its the reason STDs are running rampant, I'd say you should take a step back and look at the big picture. There's really nothing that can be done about it at this point, and that's a shame. Monogamy really is a good thing, the only place to get that sort of information these days is church and active parenting.
