But who wouldn't care ya know? After all this is the burning issue in the coutry. It simply pales in compairison to things like Iraq, (un)employment, the economy, crime, foregn relations, taxes, government services, superme court nominee, and the such.
This really, really, really, really (oh did i say really) matters. I think I'll base my vote on who broke a minor rule (and migt I say 90% of those rules are also very very very very important)on 30+ pages of debate rules.
