Maybe the problem is in the definition. Is Natural Language written, spoken, mind probed or maybe more realistically what millions do with various IM clients.
The goal should to be able to create a computer program quickly and effectively in a "human" communication paradigm. Currently, the only real-world mechanism for humans to communicate with the computer is the keyboard.
So, what are today's effective communication mechanism between human's via a computer? IM's, EMAIL, wiki's....
Maybe one of these models would be a more effective humancomputer interaction mechanism for programming?
